1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Forma Labs platform ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. User Content

You retain all of your ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to Forma Labs, you hereby grant Forma Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and display the User Content in connection with the Service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials contained on the Service, including software, text, graphics, and images, are the property of Forma Labs or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
